FOUNDER & OWNER

While helping my parents downsize and transition from their home to a nearby retirement community, I learned first-hand how difficult it can be for seniors to downsize, pack, move, settle into a new home and lifestyle, and determine the best way to deal with all the belongings they weren’t moving with them.  I saw a great need in the Chattanooga area for a team that could help Seniors and their families deal with the difficult decisions, the overwhelming details, and intense emotions that are often involved in this process.  

As we began building our business working with Seniors, we determined that:

All kinds of people could benefit from our move management services, not just seniors.

Many of our clients could also benefit from professional organizing and the organizing & digitalization of their many photographs, slides, and other memorabilia.

Families and Trusted Advisors - Attorneys, Trust Officers & Financial Advisors - were in need of assistance in handling an estate, either in probate or not, to ensure the assets are divided properly & delivered to the heirs, documentation is done correctly, and the sale of belongings is coordinated smoothly.

So, three new service lines were added to NEXTChapter!  We now work with a broad range of clients, including seniors and their families, busy professionals, and anyone who needs help managing the details of a move, or in getting their home, office, life, and photographs & memorabilia in order. We also help families and advisors in handling the overwhelming task of settling an estate.
